This is a wonderful to interact with parents students and well wishers. I am very grateful to them for this trust In me as a Coordinator of Sanjeevan Vidyalaya. This post has offered me dignity, the worth of work as well as trust of authorities. My area encompasses students from V to X and a very fine balance is needed for delicate junior as teenagers on the cusp of adulthood. But if we find a correlation between our interests and our aspirations, this is possible. I love all my students dearly. I am very grateful to the chairman, Director Principal and Principal for recognizing my potentials efforts and giving me the right place. My daily rigmarole includes contact and communication with all HODs and coordinators who help me in getting regular feedback about the daily work. At the same time, I make sure that the instructions and expectations of the authorities and school reach the teachers and students. Apart from that, I have to spare some time to listen to the problems of students and come out with definite solutions and comfort them. I believe that students open up when we react with them affectionately and take them into confidence. Positive results are yielded when students are counseled in a proper way. I believe that leader is one who doesn’t tell you, what to be done, instead he tells you how to be done. I believe in this concept and we work together for a common task. Catering the needs of the school as well as the teachers and students makes me confident to take greater responsibilities and prove myself. All our endeavors are designed to enhance interactive learning experiences and develop a holistic approach towards learning. We appreciate the support of parents in shaping the future of their child and we ensure that we meet parents occasionally on Parents Meet to discuss their Childs progress along with his behavioral aspects. We try to maintain a good rapport with parents of senior students. We have beneficial discussions and give the students much wider perspectives. Our common aim is targeted at polishing the skills of students to make education more effective. A wide door of excellence is opened to us through all the achievements of teachers and students. I would advise my students that they have to burn the midnight oil in order to touch greater heights, work day in and day out to turn their thoughts into reality. Really worth and accolades will be achieved by them. This year has given us vivacious opportunities to prove ourselves. Hope to continue the same legacy each year.. Jacking.
